what part of the picture were you calling creepy? I wasn't sure whether the man had multiple limbs protruding from his chest/abdomen or was holding maybe a child with the same problem. Either way it appears to be a twin syndrome where a twin will die in-utero and merged with the other fetus instead of being absorbed....or a defective cell division while a zygote. There is a condition known as ischiopagus, meaning he has half of a conjoined twin that stopped developing in the womb.
Not very common but not unknown either.
