I would think that the ACTUAL problem here is that you don't own a washer/dryer. It's pretty much standard in apartment complexes these days.

We're moving into a house in a week, and we own a set, but our unit does not have the hookups for them. It's neither normal nor abnormal to have a washer/dryer in your unit or not, because the average place will have the set OR will have laundromats in the area. My complex has like 15 buildings and each building has a laundromat for the tenants of that building.

Many older buildings don't have the hookups, and instead simply have communal washers/dryers.

No, the ACTUAL problem is that you live in an apartment.

No, I live in a townhouse. We didn't need or want a big house, it's just the two of us. The two of us are only moving into a house because we have a friend who will probably live with us, and in the new area we'll be paying about the same. I don't understand why living in an apartment would be an issue or a problem at all though???

That GIF is perfect. Where's it from?

[–]Tidus5005 0 points1 point ago

It's from here

I made it earlier today. It's a scene from Zombieland. Great movie if you haven't seen it

Thanks. I haven't, yet. It's on my list.
