From a past FB post of mine:

After several months of seeing "Mickey Mouse Club House" I've come to the conclusion that it is really a glimpse into the cult of personality surrounding a violent autocratic dictator.

Everything is made in his image - dictators love making statues of themselves.

The phrase "Mickey Mouse" is constantly uttered - Have you seen them talk about great leader in NK?

Mickey never does physical work - it is always someone from his circle or "Helping Hands".

"Helping Hands" or nameless, faceless interchangeable slaves...?

Donald, Daisy and Professor are often about to entertain/ indulge Mickey, but where are Huey, Dewey and Louie? - I imagine the rest of the Duck family would not want something BAD to happen to them... Guess they better show up tomorrow...

Minnie, dictators often have dotting, clueless women around. Wonder how purposeful that cluelessness is?

Goofy, a high school friend who found the prospect of being a dictators best bud a good gig.

Pete, Goofy's older brother. Picked on MM and Goofy when they were kids; Oh how they have made him pay since, he is often the butt of their adventures.

Pulto he's a dog, dogs don't care.

Well honestly, its Mickeys show. He isn't so much a autocratic dictator more than an host of his own show. Think of all other shows on TV where the host is the primary personality. Even though all his assistants have roles in HIS show, they don't get much of a say in policy or content.

On a side note, on Mainstreet U.S.A. in Disneyland there is the statue of Walt Disney and Mickey waving. Employees will refer to the statue as "Horny Hitler" because if you stand on the west side looking east it looks like Hitler with a boner. I can't find a proper orientation http://gallery.toursdepartingdaily.com/Disneyland-Resort/Photos/i-fs6gNtZ/2/755x755/Walt-and-Mickey-Sunset-755x755.jpg If you stood 180 degrees from this photo you would have a clear shot.
