My dumbass roommate got drunk and accidentally ate some of my wheat thins that he thought were his gluten free crackers. He went to the hospital as a precaution, and took a photo of himself flipping off the camera for me leaving the box in the same cupboard as his food. We had a good laugh about it 2 hours after it happened.

But since you all seem so concerned, I think you should do the right thing and notify the authorities. Tell them someone on the internet named "bongwater 5" attempted to kill his roommate with a wheat thin so he could score points on a website. Tell them. See what they say. Then punch yourself in the face.

I will respond to you and give you an upvote because I know how it feels to be 'that guy,' despite the fact that I love Jim Gaffigan.

I think Louis C.K. could be doing a lot better with his comedy. His jokes are trite, lazy, and delivered horribly, but he gets enough praise that he never actually challenges himself to put together better bits; he just goes off and does other shit. Reddit hates me for it.

Louis stays firmly inside his defined box, and makes no strides at challenging comedy. He's a lot like Jerry Seinfeld, who I won't even justify giving reasons for why I hate, I dislike him so much.

The reality is that his fans like what he presents, and if he were to modify that into something you (as a person who is not a fan) approved of, it's entirely possible that it could alienate his existing fan-base.

It's not better. It's different. Gaffigan does dumb, funny voices, thereby appealing to people who like dumb, funny sounding voices. It fits his equally dumb (and apparently funny) content. Louis C.K. has entirely different content that requires an entirely different style. His is a pretty straight forward "slice of life." His conversationalist delivery is absolutely perfect for this content. There are many people who do and have done similar things to him, but it is a combination of his specific observations and delivery that have made him a success. To argue that his delivery is poor would be, quite simply, wrong. You simply do not like that style of comedy. And that is absolutely fine, just don't blame him for it.
