Try wearing something warmer around your chest. That way, the blood flowing out from your chest to your extremities wont be as cool.

No I don't, but I let my feet hang out from under the blankets because I hate them being covered, always have, but on the blood flow comment, yea I always have had poor blood flow due to a heart condition that was brought on by the size of a specific anatomy part.

But at least I don't have to worry about it, I am in the safe zone on that.

Women's circulatory systems are set up to keep more heat circulating around the internal organs, particularly the reproductive organs but life support organs as well. Historically we needed less bloodflow to the legs and arms because we spent less time running and hunting and more time making more humans. More heat around the fetus = higher reproductive success!

So women often have cold limbs, but if you ever get close enough to touch one, our stomachs are always nice and toasty hot.
