By the way, the artist was making a mockery of the opulence of the Gangnam district of Korea. It's more tongue-in-cheek humor, it seems.

"Gangnam style" has nothing to do with how old you are. Its more about how much you dont read the interwebs or watch tv. He was on the big screen at a dodgers game two weeks ago, Nelly Furtado has already done a cover of the song live at one of her concerts, and hes been all over youtube for a month.

Edit: and oh ya, he's been all over reddit and I have seen references to him hit the front page at least two or three times in the last few weeks.

The problem with Gangnam Style in your late 30s is the spare tyre.. when you stop doing the gangnam style horse riding dance thing, it keeps going for some time after. Which will just make your kids laugh even harder.
