My last and most intense trip, i was sitting on my bed with my partner (all previous times had been alone). It was 35x or something? I hit my bowl and waited and then fell through, you know how it is. I fell apart, became a non-entity, a thing that didn't exist but observed, and saw a sideways world where there was an immense black fractal forest of thorny vines interconnected like celtic knots, that diminished in size the further from the floor they were until they blended with the sky. A man on a white horse rode (sideways) out of the (sideways) forest, and said something, i didn't understand the words but the meaning hit me with a wave of euphoria, it was like being told the punchline to the great cosmic joke (something that i've heard a few people say about salvia trips, i wonder what it is in the chemicals that can inspire so specific a feeling?). At some point i remembered that i was going to try to tell my partner what i was seeing, but found i had no mouth to move. I tried hard to pull my body back into being, and it felt like i was rising up through layers and pulling my atoms together from the corners of the universe, the higher i got, the more human like in shape they became, but also the more resistance there was, like trying to push through a skin of cling film or something. I'd get close to the 'top', try to tell my partner that i was on the edge of this thing and try to describe as much as i could (all in perfectly reasonable words from my perspective), then fall apart again and fall back down. I got stuck in a loop of this until the end of the trip.

From my partner's perspective, i took the hit, fell face down into my blankets and laughed hysterically for a few minutes (he didn't know if i was laughing or crying). He asked if i was ok, which might have ended up being what the horse guy said through the salvia filter of reality. Then i would try to push myself up with my arms with some difficulty, say 'i'm on the edge', then fall back, and this repeated for another few minutes.

It was an awesome trip, left me feeling great all day. Way more than i'd ever expected from salvia, i knew they could be intense but i'd always heard it described as intense but confusing/uncomfortable/scary.
