It depends... If the "artist" was just silently staring at his model and pretending to paint the whole time, then yeah, it's pretty creepy. But if both of them were talking about stuff and having a good time, I think it's pretty cute.

This is the kind of thing that just perpetuates the stereotype of introverts being shy or socially inept... we're not all like that!

It's insulting, and only highlights the fact that OP, and those who upvoted it to the top, do not understand introversion.

I think that stigma, or stereotype, or whatever you wish to call it, comes moreso from the fact that people soften/misuse the term "introvert" to fit themselves. Instead of actually researching what an introvert is, they just assume that their social awkwardness makes them an introvert, and tell people that they're an introvert for X reason.
