I'm going to go ahead and assume that there's no substantial force on the back since the guy's in a harness. That cancels out a lot of gravity, so it's definitely not the same as running hunched over...

it has an upper and a lower harness so i think it would be quite comfortable, although your neck isn't going to be in good shape having to look up all the time.
