On the subject of Adam and Eve, I often get the argument that the tree did not give them the knowledge of right and wrong, that was born with them. Rather, it was the supremacy/ability/right to decide which was which. To which I reply: If the Tree was not understanding of right and wrong, but the supremacy/ability/right to decide which is which, why are we still concerned about God's definition?
