First of all, this picture is a close-up self-pic, so the cheek area of her face is warped, making her nose bigger and chin smaller.

She also has large nose and severe overbite. The teeth you are seeing is her upper teeth. You can imagine her lower teeth is probably about half an inch farther than her upper teeth.
