Are the actors that he interviews on Between Two Ferns in on the joke? I just watched this one, and also saw the one with Charlize Theron a few days ago, and they both look genuinely dumbfounded by his questions like they were expecting a legit interview. But at the same time, how can they not know that it's fake? The fact that Natalie Portman brought her dog with her in this video makes me think that she knew it wasn't for real, but her reactions seem like she genuinely didn't get it.
