I deliberated on where exactly to post it. There's several levels of "WTF". There's "WTF, that shit is sick! Gross!". There's also "WTF was he thinking?". This is the case of "Dude, wtf is up with that shit?". So, while it doesn't fit people's need for gore in this thread, I still believe it is more qualified to be in the /wtf thread than /facebook.
