Kanye has not made one bad album, not one. Even his most controversial album, 808s, is still highly rated and influential in the RnB/rap genre.
Have you heard MBDTF, its the essence of perfection. His production is godly and all the albums he had a hand on like Lifted and Be are classics also. Kanye is close GOAT status.

I would recommend Late Registration and MBDTF which are by far his best albums. After that then classics like College Dropout and Graduation are recommended, but they are not as good as the LR and MBDTF.
