There may be an option in your browser's settings. A box to tick, "Enable gif animation" or something like that. On my phone it's in Settings > Advanced settings.

Glad i could help :) I thought there was an option in the settings of every stock android browser, but maybe there isn't on every version. If you can't enable animated gif on your browser, maybe you could install another one. Chrome and Dolphin Browser HD are fine choices.

This scene references some infamous scene on television but for life of me I can't recall the particulars. I want to say it was Peter O'Toole showing up drunk for an appearance on the Tonight Show but I am not sure my memory is correct.
