Rules

  1. No screenshots, or pictures with added or superimposed text. This includes image macros, comics, info-graphics and most diagrams. Text (e.g. a URL) serving to credit the original author is exempt.

  2. No gore or porn. NSFW content must be tagged.

  3. No personal information. This includes anything hosted on Facebook's servers, as they can be traced to the original account holder. Stalking & harassment will not be tolerated.

  4. No solicitation of votes (including "cake day" posts), posts with their sole purpose being to communicate with another redditor, or [FIXED] posts. DAE posts go in /r/DoesAnybodyElse. "Fixed" posts should be added as a comment to the original image.

  5. Submissions must link directly to a specific image file or to an image hosting website with minimal ads. We do not allow blog hosting of images ("blogspam"), but links to albums on image hosting websites are okay. URL shorteners are prohibited.

  • If your submission appears to be filtered but definitely meets the above rules, please send us a message with a link to the comments section of your post (not a direct link to the image). Don't delete it as that just makes the filter hate you!

  • If you come across any rule violations, please report the submission or message the mods and one of us will remove it!

Please also try to come up with original post titles. Submissions that use certain clichés/memes will be automatically tagged with a warning.

Maybe you don't want black people and hip hop youth patronizing your store.

Not to make this too serious, but I get really uncomfortable when people freak out about others wearing their pants low (I worked at a school where this was often an issue). Obviously, I agree young men shouldn't expose their underwear to everybody on the street. However, this is clearly a cultural choice. Yes, it began in prison to denote who was "taken" (citation needed), yes, it is unprofessional, yes it is "inappropriate." Still, people's reactions to it seem really condescending and borderline racist. I know I wore some pretty stupid things in the name of fashion in my teens; I feel like sagging is just another such trend that has happened to inspire the culture warriors because of who's doing it.

I'm going to have to agree here. There is a bit of clown level sagging though, which does look stupid to me, but I just laugh. I don't understand what makes people get pissed. Also, boxers are shorts. Basketball shorts are shorts. (usually what is under the sag) So unless some ones dick is hanging out, I don't see the problem?

i can appreciate your value of culture and counter-culture, but if we don't take a stand now then there's going to be less underwear and a lot more asscrack in the future when sagging your pants just isn't enough of a statement.

I volunteered/was paid under the table for a lock-in for high school grads. They have lots of fast food to try get the kids to actually come. One of the orders was Shipley's at 4 in the morning. They opened specially for the program so we had the the very first donuts they made in the morning less than 30 seconds after they was finished cooking. It was amazing and sad at the same time knowing that I could have just reached the pinnacle of a glazed Shipley's.

I really wish people would just realize they only have a problem with the "color" of the people sagging their pants. It's not a big deal at all. Who's being offended? Also, as a young black male I'll let you guys in on a little secret: we sag our pants now simply because it annoys you. There's no greater feeling than seeing your confused reactions to the levels our waistbands reach! When you stop caring so much, maybe our pants will go back on our waists.
