I think I can shed some light on this! I've seen this disorder before!

A couple questions first though... Has this cat ever got into altercations with other cats? Is this cat the only one left in its general area? Lastly, does it hunt nocturnally?

I have seen a similarly-eyed cat, over in the neighborhood where I used to live. She also had (has, I hope) the same coat, sort of shaggy and black & white. Her weird pupil wasn't quite so perfect though.
