Thanks for linking my original post, but there's no reason to get upset. It seems like you and diewhitegirls are blowing it a bit out of proportion.

The only time I think it really matters is if the reposter hosts it on their own website to try and make money or otherwise claims it's their own content. It's not like HardyBrother pretended like he made the gif. People share other people's content all the time on reddit. That's kind of what it was built for.

You stole a joke and a gif from another section of reddit without giving credit. The first link is a regular youtube link submission to reddit. The second one is a gif from somewhere else in reddit, BUT I used it in another context. I didn't have to credit anyone. And the last one is a reactiongifs posting just like this one, except I didn't steal the joke. I thought it up myself.

The point isn't that you used a gif that's been used before. That's fine. The point is you used that, + the joke, and didn't say x-post or anything so it seemed like you were the creative mind behind it.
