ya, I did a web search for Finding Nemo Villain (thought it would be a need twist) and this came up in images. Just did it again and am only getting the animation pics. Go figure.

Looks like an Angler fish, there a species of them that has a charming feature; the female is 20x larger than the male and essentially holds on until the female is ready to reproduce, then rots, "When he finds a female, he bites into her skin, and releases an enzyme that digests the skin of his mouth and her body, fusing the pair down to the blood-vessel level.[8] The male then slowly atrophies, first losing his digestive organs, then his brain, heart, and eyes, and ends as nothing more than a pair of gonads,[9] which release sperm in response to hormones in the female's bloodstream indicating egg release."
