I figured no one would like it, but I enjoyed the idea of it. I pictured this being the lowest in the particularly sad run (it had a lot of awesome episodes, but it did have that sadness hanging around the whole time), at least in appearance. 10 is sitting there, obviously just watching in from the outside, in the rain, believing that all he brings to those that flock to him is sadness that they wouldn't have without his intervention, and him going through the people he's let down in his run up to that point (ignoring previous Doctors). Sorry if this isn't something that people like, but I didn't make it for you.
