People get shit wrong all the time. In the late 90s I was talking with my boss at the time about developing our product with a back end that ran on Linux using MySQL instead of the NT4/SQL Server back end it had at that time because a lot of our smaller customers were wary about dropping that much money to license NT and SQL server just to use our product.

His response? "Forget it. Linux is 'a fad'."

There are a lot of inaccuracies that clearly show it to be a fake. One that jumps out at me is how they mention pictures being sent via the Internet when the first image wasn't uploaded to the until 1992.
