I dropped my Furby down the stairs when I was 11 and it wouldn't stop screaming. I panicked and threw it over the fence in the backyard... It was still screaming. Oh my deity.

I was a little kid when the original Furby came out to all the hype and hoopla. My older sister really wanted one, but the stores couldnt keep them on the shelves, so I decided to make one and surprise big sis for Christmas. I took a dead coyote skin and molded it around a plasic gourd stuffed with newspaper and super-glued it in place. Then I used Misses Potato Head parts for the eyes and ears and made a beak out of plastic. It looked like the deformed offspring of a furby and a chupacabra. When sis opened it Christmas morning, she just kind of stared at it....meanwhile my dad lauged so hard he sharted himself right there in the middle of the living room floor while opening presents.

Probably my greatest memory from childhood.

TLDR- Sis wanted Furby, made her one from dead animal, dad shit pants

I used to have a plastic one that came from a Happy Meal. It had a saxophone and if you pushed in his hat, he'd play a song.
