Well, that really depends on your definition of 'magic': I have always taught my kids that 'magic' is a natural event/process the science of which we do not yet understand.

It neatly bridges 'stage magic' and other 'magic': all are natural processes/actions.

Just because we don't know how stage magicians perform their 'magic' does not mean these are somehow 'supernatural'.

If you brought an iPod to Ancient Egypt, it would be considered 'magic'.

Because people then would not understand the science behind it.

Same with the 'magic' we cannot explain.
