I got talked into going to see the Beastie Boys at the coliseum a few years back. Imagine my surprise to see a performing dog act on stage before the band came on. Since I did not grow up in Vancouver, this was just a huge WTF - but I imagine if you did grow up in Vancouver, it was more like being rick-rolled.
