Those belong to the girl in the pink, she looses them just before everyone eats it, he went down face first I doubt his glasses ever leave his face. The glasses that pop up in the bottom right are brown too, with a more round lens than the pair he is wearing.

The driver is into speed boat racing, and the chick in the yellow is his girlfriend, chick in the pink is his girlfriend's daughter, and the guy in the blue is a news reporter. The rest are just friends of the driver. The accident happened this past weekend 8/31/12. the driver suffered from a broken back; however, the rest of the passengers suffered minor injuries. - from employee who works for the bald man

I just don't see how he broke his back though. He doesn't do anything accept just lean over and stay on the floor. The only thing that I could figure is a compression fracture, but for that one would imagine the other people on the boat would react in some manner, rather than only after he flops out of the chair.

The camera is mounted to something, so it gives the illusion that the boat is still running reasonably flat. But it's not, it's flipping around over it's own wake, and probably perpendicular to the world, which explains the glasses: they're just falling straight down. Dude probably found something to hold on to down there, which explains why we don't see him again.
