For some reason, whenever someone personifies Justice, all I can think of is a trampy middle-aged stripper at a sleazy dive bar somewhere in the midwest, possibly Kansas City. Her parents named her Justice in the hopes that she would grow up to be a lawyer, but after flunking out of law school, her life started to go downhill. She ended up with a nasty meth addiction, a stint in county, and three filthy children from god-knows which of the thousand one-night stands she had on her long road to the bottom. Still, she dreams of the life she could have lived when she's up there on stage dancing to "Pour Some Sugar On Me" and "Walk This Way". Her eyes glaze over mid-poleslide and she wonders what a lawyer named Justice might someday do.

      That's mostly thanks to Bruce Timm and Christopher Nolan.

      Gotham moves around (as does every DC city, really), but "official" accounts of its location has it in South Jersey, of all places.

      Now, I'm from Jersey. I'm currently in Jersey. And I'll defend the bad name Jersey gets from them as don't know what's what.

      I refuse to believe something as great as Batman is set in South fucking Jersey.
