I keep hearing people talk about tolerance breaks but i've never known anyone who has taken one or considered doing one before. I suppose i just figured that tolerance wouldn't make that much difference, but after smoking pretty heavily for the past year or so i've started to wonder if it'd be worth taking one? Is it difficult? And does it get you that much higher post-break?

In all honesty i cant really remember, it was a fair while ago. I can honestly say i don't think i've started getting less stoned but i don't think that's humanly possible... time to retire and ponder on this information, might just have a couple of self inflicted bored weeks ahead of me soon

Of course it's possible to get less stoned. Well.. That or you have to smoke more and more to get as high as your did before.

It's called tolerance. Your body (essentially) gets used to the drug so you need more of it to get the same effect. Don't drink water for a while then get a nice cold bottle of ice water. Or try not eating for a day and then having your favorite meal.

Edit: in all honesty it's not THAT hard to stay off weed.but It's not super easy keeping your mind off of it.
