Both ears, and with my hair (usually longer than that) I freak customers out at work by doing it while talking to them. First one they pause, get distracted... Second one they usually reply with "OK WHAT was that?"

My response? "What was what?". It's good fun!

He has a weird looking ear due to an ear tumor he had when he was ten years old. He is also deaf in his right ear from the operation he had to remove the tumor. -taken from this site
