Also, I've been seeing a lot of Japanese based WTF that are quite normal in Japan. They are almost always reposts too. I'm just putting it out there, but maybe the giant loli isn't WTF when the first thing that can come to mind about Japan is tenticle hentai.

Okay I'm seeing a picture of a young anime chick statue over a train where you have a glimpse of her panties. When I clicked this link I happened to say "wtf" because a young anime panty-showing girl kid chick thing is rather disturbing and pretty wtf to me. It's a mild-wtf, but... we're judging the OP for the title?... I really don't understand... I'm judging this based on the picture because shitty titles don't make the picture, the picture is what WTF is now, am I missing something/something wrong? Or is everyone anal and uptight about what I don't understand?
