I took care of a patient with severe kyphosis like this once. It was so extreme one lung was in his upper arm area and his heart was in his neck. This made room for his bowels which were in his thoracic cavity. It was like he didn't have a abdomen, Xyphoid process just above the pelvis.His custom wheelchair back looked like a triangle.

He was in his thirties.
