No. I don't have all the facts but I know a lot of this is faked.

The First time we have a record of Horus is 3000 years ago, and he was a strict deity, never appeared on Earth
Isis was not a virgin, she was impregnated by her husband Osiris.
Horus has no traditional birthdate
Horus was not taught as a child in a temple
There were no wise men
Typhon is a Greek monster, not an Egyptian deity
Anup the Baptiser is made up
He had no followers
He performed no miracles, and didn't walk on water
El-Azur-Us is made up
No, no transfiguration took place
No, just no, you're embarrassing yourself now...
Crucifixion is a Roman punishment dating back centuries after when Horus was created, and the dead didn't go into tombs.
TL'DR. Wrong on all counts.

I've heard this before, but I'm no expert on Egyptian gods, so I honestly don't know. I do know that many of the attributes of Christ can be traced back to many regional myths, some Egyptian.

"It's as real as this quote is" - source unknown

Christianity plagiarized from many earlier religions.

This was very controversial for 1875 and contains obvious flaws and some questionable facts, but a damn fun read. It does begin to show popular religious themes that have run through different beliefs. "The World's Sixteen Crucified Saviors," Kersey Graves, 1875 http://www.sacred-texts.com/bib/cv/wscs/index.htm

It's completely accurate, Bill Maher made a documentary where he used this example. You're probably saying "Yeah, but he might have bad info". But when comes to arguing with Christians, Bill Maher knows his shit. That is literally his only job. Arguing with Christians.
