For the people who are not NBA fans, this is Shaq, one of the best players ever. I believe his reaction is to the 2000 Slam Dunk contest where Vince Carter put on a incredible show (best ever IMO and worthy of Shaq's reaction). Someone correct me, if I am mistaken.

Yep, this particular reaction was to the reverse 360 windmill, which I believe was Carter's first dunk.
