Let's be honest here, when don't we give our opinions of subjects we know little about?

In a debate competition?

If someone shows me an x-ray I'm not going to try to diagnose whatever issue they have.

That's how I feel about redditors' legal opinions most of the time. Especially in self-defense cases.

Breaking Bad?

It was decided by a jury. It was decided by unqualified legal opinions, why can't it also be spoken about by such?

Came to say this. Thanks for stealing my karma.

not just the legality of the case but the impact it will have on the tech industry.

Aren't most of the opinions (from these unqualified peoples) about the jury? And isn't the jury's verdict just an opinion based on what two legal parties persuade them to believe.

It seems like the unqualified people do have opinions they can express about the trial.
