There are a thousand and one ways in which a picture like that can be staged. Just google "staged wildlife photos". And posting one picture which isn't known to be staged or 'authentic' isn't proof of anything other than that you can make snarky and unhelpful comments.

Could be a pet. I had a burmese python that was about 14 feet / 45 lbs, and she'd sometimes get wrapped on a limb tight enough it was uncomfortable. No real danger in that photo that I see - the snake isn't gonna hinder the kid's breathing any, and doesn't look like its acting aggressive / afraid.

You can tell its only the tail end of the snake around the kid, the head is out of the shot where someone would be holding it. It's obviously staged and the kid wouldn't be in any danger.
