SCIENCE DISCOVERED, BILL NYE IS PERPLEXED

It was at 2pm that Science was discovered on the back of an office building in Michigan by a hobo named Dugg. Bill Nye was there to confirm the discovery. "Yep, there's definitely science in this shit. At least three whole Sciences."

The Science has been blocked away for bystanders at the moments, as politicians are discussing what to do with it.

His intent was probably to prepare you for working with harsher chemicals in more advance classes. Much of that class was likely to instill proper procedures and ways of thinking into you.

Yup. After they do the baking soda and vinegar, then they do the strange chemicals with names you don't understand, so you avoid touching it. Then they give you strange chemicals that stain your hands (silver nitrate, I believe it was).

Only then, after you handle the nitrate and come away with spotless hands, do they let you play with the 18M sulpheric acid.

I teach 6th grade science. I have to do stuff like this otherwise the students don't want to participate. I have to make it to where it's interesting for them. I'm trying to create future scientists and the best way to do that is show them the cool stuff that is science.

My science teacher used to have this thing where he filled bubbles up with gas. We would then each grab a handfull of bubbles and he'd light them on fire. This MASSIVE fireball would shoot out of your hands. It was sick, best science lessons/teacher. Came in severely hung over one day and instead of being angry he just joked around about it. Awesome dude.

I wish I had a decent science teacher when I was in school. My science teachers were teachers of other subjects that just got stuck teaching science and really didn't understand what they were teaching. The only decent science teacher I ever had was in the 6th grade and it wasn't long before he got fired (sexual harassment or something like that if I remember right).
