Why isn't my comic on the "new" tab? Give it a second. It was probably caught by the evil robotic spam filter, but we've created an even more powerful robot to save everything from the filter; it just can take a couple minutes. If it still doesn't work, message the moderators with a link to the comment thread of the post to have it approved
Can I be a moderator, too? As much as we love when community members want to help out, we can't accept requests for becoming moderators, or we'd be overwhelmed with nothing but such requests. Therefore, requesting to be a moderator will actually result in you getting banned instead. When we feel we need more moderators, we recruit from a list of people we have identified as being helpful and positive role models for the community. If you want to be a mod one day, that's how you'll go about doing it
How do I get flair? If you ask for flair, we will never give it to you, no matter how many blowjobs you offer

Accountability is relative, in this case I just mean people are going to think you are a poser. If you want to do that by all means, I'm not saying to make a big deal of it, but it is what it is.

Believe me, I'm as judgmental as the next guy, so I know what you mean. However, if I were OP, I'd probably hold myself "accountable" for having no game, rather than running home and making le le le rage comic assuming that she actually wanted to dance with me if something besides hip-hop came on. Spoiler - she probably just didn't want to dance with him. The song/shirt had nothing to do with it.

Nope; but I do know a lot of them, and honestly, these guys are basically not paid all that much more than the waiters. And the waiters have job security. Tips are all these guys have, so if I can change your mind even just a little a little bit, make you pause at least a little bit, that would be the best outcome of all of this typing. DJs are service people who have taken the chance of playing music for a living. People assume these guys have other jobs, but in reality, its basically freelance work and it can be just as rough.

Run-DMC is a hip hop group mainly popular in the 80's-90's. She was wearing one of their shirts, OP pays for one of their songs to be played in the hopes of pulling, turns out she doesn't like them hence the hypocrisy in wearing the shirt, OP wants his money back.
