I came into watching that movie expecting it to be as comedic as The Big Lebowski, but left feeling pretty creeped out. But yes, it's a great Coen Bros. movie.

Try living in Canada where most of the orders you do are outside of Canada. It took more than 3 weeks for me to receive a package I ordered from the US.

If you give them a call or write them an email they will give you amazon credit. I did this when COD MW2 was late by one day and they gave me $10 of "store credit". Overall, their customer service is incredible.

I was going to mention the same thing, they'll give you credit for anything that's late.

Amazon's customer service is awesome. I had a problem with an inner tube on the bike I just received. My options were either send the bike back which they'd replace, or they'd credit me $50 back on my card. I opted for the credit and bought a new one for $7.

I also want to point out newegg is awesome. I had bought a cpu and missed a combo deal on Shogun 2 that appeared the next day (it was brand new and still $50 at the time). I asked for it, and they mailed me a product key. It was silly that they sent a piece of paper in a UPS box, but hey, free game.

For both companies, if you ever do have to send something back (broken, don't want it, whatever), ask for a shipping label. They'll email you one so you don't have to pay return postage. They won't tell you this up front, but I've always gotten one just for asking.

Their customer service is fucking amazing. I ordered a game and it wasn't delivered to my house. I talked to a rep on their little in-browser chat and they issued me a new package. It got here in 2 days.

About a week later, someone I know from a few miles away knocks on my door and hands me a package. It was the first order. I talked to Amazon again and told them that I found the first package. They told me to keep them both.
