Would you believe that in Arizona it is legal to carry a pickup-bed-full of unsecured people---including children---and attempts to change the law have been shot down for years? As of today, all a cop can do is pull such a truck over and verbally inform the driver of the dangers.

Teenagers from my high school (older than me, before I attended high school) were doing this type of thing joyriding on Senior Pride Day (seniors got a half day). If I recall correctly, several were killed and most injured. For a few years after this, there was a serious car accident every single Senior Pride Day. I think they almost cancelled the "holiday" because of it.

Honduras is the country with the highest murder rate in the planet: 86 per 100K. For comparison, the rate in South Africa is 32 per 100K, and in the USA 4.8 per 100K.

Most Latin Countries top the list, I think about 20 of the Top 40 are the Latin American countries. So don’t fuck with us, we got murder in the brain.

Anyway, taking stupid risks is common. I’ve taken buses so full of people, chickens, potato sacks and even goats that we had folks hanging from the windows, and people hanging from those that were hanging from the windows.

Most buses in Central and South America don’t even have doors anyway. So, this is small potatoes. The difference is that the camera got it. Probably that asshole driver already paid for it with his life.

That girl is bound to have at least one cousin in one of the local maras (gangs), so you can bet that moron had to eat his balls before he got the knife.
