This one has been discussed to death.

There are brains, we have seen brains, we know know what brains do, so there is enough evidence to confidently suppose you have a brain without going to the extent of having a cat scan to confirm it. Besides, if you can't feel your brain you can't ever have had a headache, which are normally sourced in the outer lining of the brain.

if you actually did see this, post a picture of an MRI as well as actual brains. Then see what they say.
