I'd like to add a experience I had back in 2005. I was riding down some back roads in CT near Plainfield heading to my parents house. I was riding my new ZX10r, it had rained the day before and the road I was on has trees growing over the Rd. From what the police told me, the black tar in the cracks had some residual water on them. I entered the corner at the posted speed limit of 35mph. As I leaned to take the corner, my front Tire crossed one of the tarred cracks my front wheel washed out and I layed down the bike. The outside of the corner was a Rockwall about 5feet high. I nosed the bike into the wall and as that happened the motorcycle rotated and smashed me against the wall and then bounced off and slid across the Rd. The end result was a split helmet, ruined riding leathers and gloves. I broke most of the bones in my left foot and my kneecap was visible threw my pants. I didn't feel anything until I got to the hospital. The only thing I remember from the crash was my Bike going down, then black then Crazy smashing sounds. Then I opened my eyes and crawled up and sat on the rock wall.

Tl/Dr, crashed motorcycle, broke some shit, don't remember any pain till I got to hospital.
