                It would be difficult, but both 'Locks of Love' and 'Children with Hair Loss' accept hair that has been dyed. 'Locks of Love' does not accept bleached hair but 'Children with hair loss' accepts hair as long as it is in good condition.

                    You should have seen what happens when Reddit actually likes the girls that try weird things. It was in the Olympics subreddit that someone posted this picture of the Russian female gymnasts. The feedback? "Lovely", "Awesome", "I'm glad to see them having fun".

                    Now imagine any random group of teenage girl had posted this somewhere on the internet. The exact same picture would probably have frontpaged over /r/wtf with an headline such as "What girls think is pretty these days..." or something amongst those lines. The feedback would be "disgusting", "WTF?", "retarded?" and so on.

                    So, what happened when I mentioned this in the r/olympics comment? Someone tried convincing me that it's different because these girls earned the right to have fun by beeing top athletes. Dafuq? It's necessary to earn the right of having fun in one's free time these days?

                    Real reasons are easily explained: Stereotypes, judgement purely based on sympathy and taking things out of context as people please.

                      Short hair typically puts the emphasis more on face and body. Both look fine, and I like her hair as well.

                      Kinda sad that Reddit has become so mindless. On the one hand always telling you how awesome even rare styles can be and how nobody should be judged based on his unique preferences, but going batshit insane when either 1) stars they don't like or 2) teenage girls try it.

                      But that happens when a site such as Reddit becomes too popular. Mindless groups get attracted to it, original canons of values quickly dissipate and huge groups of upvote-and-forget voters decide the contents.

I love shaved sides and punky cuts and I think it's really cute. The picture used in the meme isn't the most flattering representation of the cut though.
