Since you don't sound like you understand the context here, i'll explain in detail.

In League of Legends, there are bushes on some parts of the map that you can hide in, making you invisible to everyone except people also in the bush with you. The context of the OP is that he has just run into a bush to see if there is anyone in it (or "facechecked" it) and discovered 3 enemy players, who will most likely gang up on him and kill him. The joke is that he immediately regrets walking into the bush.
