Looks like a controlled demolition to me. Look how puffs of dust are exhaled from several inches below the implosion. It's also falling way too fast. There's no way this guy sitting there looking guilty is the one who pulled this off. The US government did this to its own building to earn karma.

I always thought it was fake. There's just too much that would suggest it was set up. Where the sculptor tells him "careful" as he gets close. The fact that he seems to be deliberately jerking the microphone cord relatively hard. And their reactions just seem so contrived.

I think if you make more than one huge domino structure you learn to film all of the work, because this will happen.
