I'm no expert but, I think she has standard calico fur colour genes. Every female cat has two fur colour genes (one inherited from the mother, one from the father). She will have one for orange and one for black.

Females have two X chromosomes (one from each parent) whereas males have one X (from their mother who only has X's) and one Y (from their father who had one of each). Only female cats can be calicos because these fur colour genes are on the X chromosome so, males only have one of these genes (because they inherit a Y chromosome from their father which is shorter and doesn't have this gene). This is also why orange cats are mostly male: males just need to have one orange fur gene to be orange whereas female cats are only completely orange if they inherit the gene from both father and mother which is less likely.

She also has the gene for white patches since she has one under her chin. This gene prevents melanin pigment being produced in patches of the fur causing the white patch. Only some cells are affected, not the whole body but, affected cells occur in clusters together causing the patches in the fur.

I think that the heterochromia (different eye colours) occurs because of the same gene: if an eye has no melanin it is blue. I think that usually, the blue eye is surrounded by a white patch of fur because the surrounding fur is also affected but, in this case, I think it happens that this cluster of affected cells was confined to the eye so the surrounding fur is normal (coloured). I think this is just random chance and not due to genetics so, if she were to be cloned, I think her clone would have a different distribution of white patches and may not have a blue eye. I think the same is true of the distribution of colours: her clone would still have patches of orange and patches of black but, they would be distributed differently so she may not have her face divided in half like this.
