Well, at least the car prevented him from running into that parked yellow car.

[–]CasioKnight 256 points257 points ago

So... there's that good piece of news. He could have hurt himself much differently.

[–]Bonestack 42 points43 points ago

Maybe it was his goal all along. He probably hates the "yellow car, I can now hit you hurr durr"- game. But the driver didn't want to let that happen and ran over him.

[–]Your_lost_dog 43 points44 points ago

Car used Preemptive strike...

It was super effective!!!

[–]Pwoshi 19 points20 points ago

Actually he was heading for the gap, but saw the car and tried to veer out of the way.

[–]c00ig33k 1 point2 points ago

Holy fuck I hope he's okay...

[–]Pwoshi 2 points3 points ago

No worries, the guy was inside the car, he probably wasn't hurt at all.

Oh, you meant the biker... Yeah he probably got fucked up.

[–]JayHay23 48 points49 points ago

I think the only reason he swerved to his left towards the parked yellow car was because he was trying to avoid being hit by the moving one.

...Or maybe he's just an idiot. Yeah, that makes more sense.

EDIT: Upon further review: idiot.

[–]imsabbel 775 points776 points ago

The last time this was posted, idiots actually tried to blame the driver of the car, with idiotic comments about how he should not have a license if he cannot see a bike coming from across a 4 lane road, etc.

[–]Marcob10 302 points303 points ago

Anyone saying that has never driven a car. You'd have to be really fucking aware of your surroundings to see a guy coming from that angle at that speed.

[–]Mobidad 429 points430 points ago

I know I should keep my eyes on the road but instead I think I'll turn my head 90 degrees and look out to the side in case an idiot wants to kill himself today.

[–]robmbrooks 93 points94 points ago

Sit sideways, you'll get a crick in your neck otherwise.

[–]o_g 53 points54 points ago

Paul Wall was right.

[–]TheHotpants 40 points41 points ago

At least he was wearing a helmet!

[–]bigano 24 points25 points ago

Exactly. When you are in the passengers seat, you can observe everything around you and that sometimes can freak you out but while driving, your view is focused on some specific points like the front of the vehicle and the mirrors.

[–]noturtypicalredditor 5 points6 points ago

Precisely. My husband is a much more experienced driver than me (12 more years experience), and a good defensive driver at that....yet there have been many times where I have pointed out dangers that he couldn't see because he was focused on his immediate surroundings. And yes, one did include a stupid girl on a bike that didn't stop at the crosswalk sign as my husband was going through a green light at a big intersection.....the girl was flying down the sidewalk, not even slowing down to cross the street....my husband didn't notice her at all. Luckily I noticed her a few seconds before and was able to yell "BIKER!" But damn, I've also had a biker cut across a 4 lane divided highway/street (at NIGHT!) and he seriously came out of nowhere...luckily traffic was going slow otherwise he could have been a hood ornament. If bikers are going to be that stupid, they can't expect not to get hit when they don't obey the rules instated to keep them safe.

[–]ThatBoogalooShrimp 3 points4 points ago

Am I the only one who feels uncomfortable when a driver is really focussed on the road ahead? It always seems to me to be the general practise of drivers who never got a feel for driving, but can somewhat do it through learning the movements to make, essentially rote learning it. I dunno if I'm wrong but it's always seemed that way to me so I never trust drivers who seem too focussed.

Of course though the driver in this gif could never have seen that muppet flying across before it was too late.

[–][deleted] 28 points29 points ago

[–]labradorrescuer 9 points10 points ago

Even driving a convertible it'd be hard to see that idiot

[–]Abrothers 9 points10 points ago

I think it kinda hard to see a fucking 90 mile per hour flaming retard coming down a hill almost 90 degrees from me and stopping on a dime to let this fag float by

[–]formerlylurkinlurker 1 point2 points ago

I laughed so hard at "flaming retard"

[–]follier 2 points3 points ago

And even aware of it, there's fuck all you can do about it except think

"hmmm should I swerve to the left and hit him early, or swerve to the right and crush him against the park cars? Or maybe I'll just hit the breaks so he at least has the courtesy of squealing tires in his ears before I hit him."

[–]amido 440 points441 points ago

As a cyclist, even I think the biker is obviously the only one at fault.

As soon as I saw he was heading toward a road I just yelled "No, no, no!"

When he got hit I thought he pretty much deserved it.

[–]thewhiskybone 177 points178 points ago

As much as he deserved it, I still hope the cyclist came out okay.

[–]amido 98 points99 points ago

Apparently, he didn't even break anything.

Edit: source says (in Spanish) that he didn't die or break a single bone.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0QKFl46XDVo

[–]amosbr 102 points103 points ago

Are you sure that's the original upload of the video?

I want this to be true. I'm really worried about our retarded little friend :(

[–]NerfCrotchBat 68 points69 points ago

"I'm really worried about out retarded little friend :("

Best possible phrasing. Nailed the perfect ratio of sympathy:condescension.

[–]GentlemanPlusScholar 38 points39 points ago

Great comment review, perfectly captures the essence of the original. 8/10 would read again.

[–]amido 3 points4 points ago

Well, I used the subtle disclaimer word, "Apparently".

I don't know how to find out for sure that's the original upload.

But, the way he flies through the air, it makes me believe he might have just got away with scratches and bruises. I'd be more worried if he went under the car, or was pinned to the front of it while the bike skewered into him. He flew clear of the most dangerous areas, so I can believe he wasn't too badly hurt.

[–]Santos_L_Halper 15 points16 points ago

That's insane.

[–]amido 53 points54 points ago

It's okay to laugh at him now.

Spinning around in the air after the car hits, like a goof.

[–]BenignBaboon 14 points15 points ago

We got ourselves an acrobat over here!

[–]b_turner 52 points53 points ago

As a fellow human, and as someone who can sympathize with the fact that he is someone's son and probably someone's boyfriend, i agree. I hope he is ok.

But from a purely objective standpoint, i kinda hope he isnt. Everyone is pointing out that its shocking the driver didnt see him. What if the driver had seen him, and in order to not hit him, the driver slamed on the brakes and swerved off the road and either hit someone else, or hurt/killed himself. I am just glad that the only person who got hurt was the person attempting the stunt. The one who voluntarily entered into a dangerous situation. What about the people around him?

This biker obviously has no concern for those people. "Oh, I am wearing a helmet. Im protecting myself." YEAH? you're wearing a helmet? what about the 50 people in your immediate area who are not wearing helmets.

If you want to attempt dangerous stunts, thats totally cool. But when you do them, you are just as much responsible for the safety of those around you as you are for yourself. I hope the biker was charged with Reckless Endangerment and punched in the face. For good measure. Also science.

[–]renegadecanuck 2 points3 points ago

I certainly hope he lived, for his own benefit, as well as the drivers. It doesn't matter if the driver isn't at fault, he'd feel terrible if he killed a man (unless the driver is a total sociopath).

That said, I wouldn't feel too bad if the cyclist broke a leg, or something.

[–]wkrausmann 38 points39 points ago

I don't. This is natural selection at work. He's breathing too much of my air as it is.

[–]atleastIgotalvl85 51 points52 points ago

At least he wore a helmet ^

[–]tokomini 26 points27 points ago

safety first, that's a no-brainer.

[–]Sciurusdoomus 41 points42 points ago

After that accident he's a no brainer too.

[–]KittyGraffiti 28 points29 points ago

I just honestly feel terrible for the driver. Noone needs to go through that.

[–]jakeypoo12 15 points16 points ago

And the damage to his car.

[–]Undertoad 160 points161 points ago

Here's how it works:

Younger people want to reward stupidity with death, because nothing they do is ever stupid.

Older people realize exactly how stupid they actually were when they were younger, and shut the fuck up.

[–]DrDWayneLove 89 points90 points ago

This isn't about age, it's about normal empathetic human beings and sociopathic neckbeards.

[–]NSFW 12 points13 points ago

You ever see a neckbeard over 60?

Granted that's because of diabetes, but still.

[–]whatevers_clever 5 points6 points ago

Guys, guys..

there's enough yogurt for everyone.

[–]cyclicamp 6 points7 points ago

And empathy often comes with age, once life has had the opportunity to beat a person down.

[–]Nice_place 4 points5 points ago

What having a beard in your neck has to do with anything ?

[–]fancy-chips 13 points14 points ago

they make you look silly!!

[–]ShinyJaker -1 points0 points ago

I'm 18 and think the people saying it's natural selection are cunts

[–]ZEB1138 16 points17 points ago

In defense of my fellow young Darwinists, I've never, throughout the entirety of my existence, done anything that reckless or stupid. I can honestly say, from up here on my high horse, that he was an idiot and deserved it.

[–]scission 7 points8 points ago

Oh yeah? And riding a horse that is high is definitely safe you say?

[–]BICEPS 38 points39 points ago

Dude that's not a nice thing to say. Yeah, that guy is dumb, but that doesn't mean he deserves to die, leave a family behind and cause a trauma for all the people witnessing the accident. That's just fucked up.

[–]wkrausmann 4 points5 points ago

If this guy died in this stunt, I think that he should bear the blame for the outcome of his actions. His selfish act caused his death, trauma to the driver, the loss of a loved one for his friends and family and the added expense to bury him.

Those people are the real victims. Not an asshole on a bike. Did he deserve death? I don't really know. He had a chance to back down and went against all common sense and must suffer with those consequences - even if it's his own death.

[–]McStrauss 20 points21 points ago

That's not how it works. If anything, him making it out alive is GOOD for our gene pool, given that he must be very resilient physically to not have life-changing injuries from this.

[–]buckX 8 points9 points ago

I guess you're all for breeding a chiseled race of Olympian gods with 80 IQs.

[–]cyclicamp 6 points7 points ago

100 IQ is average of the population, they will become the new 100, so it's all good.

[–]tommybread 1 point2 points ago

Yea, surely they should have at LEAST 100 IQs.

[–]teachmehow2panda 16 points17 points ago

Isn't evolution great? The same process that ensures that stupid people get eliminated also ensures that women will find you repulsive and that you'll die a virgin

[–]Ryan_TR 6 points7 points ago

I think "stupid people" actually produce more offspring than us all mighty and enlightened redditors due to apathy towards contraception.

[–]thewhiskybone -1 points0 points ago

He is a human being too, who's to say that he won't contribute to society later on in life?

[–]BrokenInternets 12 points13 points ago

The driver actually saved him from what looked like imminent head on collision with the parked car no?????

[–]ChrisWGraphics 4 points5 points ago

Good Guy Driver.

[–]rarely_heard_opinion 2 points3 points ago

As soon as I saw he was heading toward a road I just yelled "No, no, no!"

as soon as i saw him doing pseudo-downhill on a pseudo-downhill bike wearing that silly hat i shook my head and patiently waited for closure.

i hope he is ok and realizes his idiotic idea. Also, i think it would be good for him if a mild pain, just a little bit of pain, remains with him (on his knee perhaps) to remind him of it.

people tend to forget stupidities if they physically get over them completely.

[–]NotClever 2 points3 points ago

I really want to know what his game plan was if he hadn't gotten hit. It looks like he was going to crash into a parked car, but upon review it seems like he was aimed for the space between the parked cars and swerved once he realized he was on a collision course with the moving car. However, there's a curb before the sidewalk and a low wall on the other side of the sidewalk he's heading towards, both of which seem catastrophic. I guess he jumped the curb on the median, so maybe his idea was to jump the other curb and the wall to show how badass he was?

[–]Lilcheeks 2 points3 points ago

he much deserved it.

ftfy

[–]IT_Derp -2 points-1 points ago

If you was were in/on any type of vehicle, travelling at speed to cross a road. You can't expect something coming up said road to notice you.

[–]cchsbball23 12 points13 points ago

Why the downvotes? It appears that he/she is saying dont be an idiot and expect cars to see you and stop, if ur being an idiot

[–]Gusfoo 0 points1 point ago

If you was in/on any type of vehicle,

If you were in/on...

[–]therealpaulyd 53 points54 points ago

I don't understand how you can't place blame on the person travelling perpendicular to traffic. Could just be me though.

[–]InlineSkate 64 points65 points ago

A lot of bikers have a huge vendetta against car drivers and will typically defend fellow biker actions in even the most extreme circumstances.

[–]AverageBum 64 points65 points ago

A lot of bikers are also idiots.

[–]shoguning 13 points14 points ago

I bike a lot and unfortunately this is true.

[–]noturtypicalredditor 13 points14 points ago

I find it funny how there's SUCH a double standard between bikers and cars. If a car did something stupid like run a red light, the red light runner would clearly be at fault and accept blame. If a biker ran a red light, he would say "that car should have seen me"! I also absolutely HATE how a lot of bikers want the same privileges of the road but don't obey some of the most important (life saving) rules. I don't know about you, but if I was riding something like a bike that offered absolutely no protection against other vehicles, I would be EXTRA cautious. I see bikers run stop signs literally ALL the time everyday (without even slowing down for cross traffic) and I have yet to see a car run a stop sign. It drives me bloody insane!

[–]renegadecanuck 4 points5 points ago

For some reason, if you follow the rules of the road, other bikers think you're the jackass. They seem to think that running stop signs and red lights is good practice.

It's pretty stupid.

[–]noturtypicalredditor 2 points3 points ago

Totally. I once came up to a 4 way stop, there was a car ahead of me stopped, then me and then a biker following behind me that decided to creep up next to the right side of the car in front of me who was at the stop sign (but she stood in/near his blind spot). When it came time for the person in front of me to turn right, the biker next to him had it in her brain that SHE should have the right to go before the guy who clearly arrived before all of us. And not only that, she never even tried to indicate that she wanted to go first...she stayed in/near his blind spot and just assumed she deserved to go to the front of the line. When the car started turning right and "cut her off" from going straight, she banged her hands on his car and flipped him the bird. I just shook my head in disgust. I really hate a lot of bikers here in the Bay Area (but really appreciate the few that take the time to make hand signals, wear appropriate bright gear/helmets, cycle towards the edge of the road, obey road rules, etc).

[–]The_Dirty_Carl 0 points1 point ago

The same ones that I see riding on 50mph, winding, two-lane roads.

*There's also no shoulder. Seriously, don't ride on the old high road, fucktards. There's a perfectly serviceable trail down on the bottoms that isn't going to get you killed.

[–]rainman002 7 points8 points ago

At that speed, the cyclist enters the driver's 90 degree FOV about 0.5 seconds before impact. There is simply nothing the driver could do. If he was watching for psychos on the left, then he's not watching for them on the right.

Besides, have you seen that scene in the machinist where he dives onto the car (perpendicularly)? How can you not sometimes blame the person traveling perpendicular to traffic if they put driver's in unsolvable situations.

[–]Exedous 9 points10 points ago

Link to thread by any chance? I feel like being mad this morning.

[–]monochromatic_oeuvre 4 points5 points ago

idiots

reddit

No...

[–]biiko 3 points4 points ago

Said the redditor

[–][deleted] 22 points23 points ago

Listen... I ride a bike a LOT, but occasionally I do drive. If some fucking idiot bombed down a hill like that and crossed four lanes of traffic, I'm probably going to hit his stupid ass. And you know what? I'm not going to feel a damn bit of guilt if he suffers major organ damage or bleeds out on the road. Not only that, I'm not even going to be charged with a crime if the stupid fucker dies.

People like this give cyclists a bad name and it makes motorists hate us. People who would defend these actions are the same. I believe we should all 'share the road,' but we must also be respectful of each other. What that stupid fucker did isn't respectful and he got what he deserved. A driver should be watching the road in front of them. They shouldn't have to be concerned with ninja bikes sweeping in from nowhere.

[–]DefaultCowboy 3 points4 points ago

Cyclists are absolutely insane.

But you'd have to be insane to take a 25 pound two wheel bike onto a fucking motorway of 3 tonne vehicles manned by people rushing home so as to not miss Dancing With the Stars.

[–]sircharles420 8 points9 points ago

If the guy on the bike was paying attention and took a right turn instead of left he probably would've avoided the car

[–]dnew 2 points3 points ago

Another pro tip: The deer will bolt forward. If you must, aim for the butt, don't try to drive around the front. :-)

[–]nats15 31 points32 points ago

I respect bicyclists on the road only if they follow the traffic laws. As soon as they run a light or stop sign all bets are off.

[–]KittyGraffiti 10 points11 points ago

Yup. I hate when they switch from being pedestrians to cyclists and back. For instance, a guy who uses a pedestrian light (which goes perpendicular to traffic flow) to make a left turn on a normal road.

[–]kyz 7 points8 points ago

There's nothing wrong with cyclists switching to being pedestrians. It's called getting off the bike.

If they don't get off the bike, they're still vehicles and they're breaking the law by using pedestrian routes.

[–]dingdongpuddi 14 points15 points ago

Sometimes I do things like that for safety reasons, not to be a selfish dick. Like as a bike, I try to stay in the right-most lane, so if I need to take a left turn, changing lanes could be dangerous as I am not as visible as a car, and I am also much slower. So I would definitely impede motor traffic or get myself run over while switching lanes. So I switch to pedestrian mode so I can get on to the other street without the issues above.

[–]giveer 3 points4 points ago

I'll do the same thing especially, and this would only apply if you live in a large city, if there are bloody streetcar rails in the road. Turning in any direction in the middle of an intersection while trying to safely navigate those rails is like trying to safely slide along the Grim Reaper's death blade.

My mid-intersection wipe outs thanks to street car rails currently stands at 2.

[–]KittyGraffiti 7 points8 points ago

Only if you go onto the crosswalk like a decent human being. None of this crossing 4 lanes of traffic and turning lanes to get to a crosswalk somewhere else.

[–]capitain_argot 3 points4 points ago

As long as I make it really clear when I am acting as a road vehicle and when I merge with pedestrians that shouldn't be a problem. Certainly not in Dutch society, one of the most bike-centric in the world.

[–]KittyGraffiti 5 points6 points ago

As long as you're clear, I have no problem with it. It's the unpredictable bikers that get me.

It's the guys who go "Oh, you're here, but I'm gonna just swerve in front of you because I want to be a pedestrian now. I HOPE YOUR BREAKS WORK LOL".

[–]ICouldEatAKnobAtNite 0 points1 point ago

When I first read that I thought you wrote "all belts are off". I wasn't sure if you wanted to flog or rape the cyclists...

[–]eatyourbaby 7 points8 points ago

I respect drivers on the road only if they follow traffic laws. As soon as they run a light or stop sign or exceed the speed limit or turn without signaling all bets are off.

[–]nats15 5 points6 points ago

I see what you did there, and while I agree it's not the same thing. If you broadside a car running a stop light there is a good chance everyone lives. If you broadside a bicycle running that same light, someone will die.

[–]elloelloello 37 points38 points ago

[–]kawfey 15 points16 points ago

I hate it when they scream and the video immediately cuts. You know, there's pure, clean energy in those screams.

[–]farfle10 44 points45 points ago

that sound is the tires screeching

[–]SanchoMandoval 58 points59 points ago

YouTube has a filter that will delete any crazy accident footage if:

  • The camera work is steady and focused
  • Any exotic cars involved are correctly identified by the camera operator
  • A complete before, during and after sequence of events is coherently captured

[–]MrNoS 5 points6 points ago

And thus was LiveLeak born.

[–]Laboratory 12 points13 points ago

There is pure energy in those screams, because the "screams" are the tires screeching and the energy is the force of friction, transforming kinetic energy into heat.

[–]THISgai 4 points5 points ago

Reference to Monster's Inc?

[–]3hough 2 points3 points ago

I think that's the car's tires squealing, right?

[–]mambybambycub 156 points157 points ago

Is it bad that I think this belongs in r/funny?

[–]_Spider-man_ 26 points27 points ago

It's okay I chuckled a little as well. Just thinking about that person getting all psyched and probably chuckling the whole way, only to have their retarded journey come to an abrubt end.

[–]chili_cheese_dog 208 points209 points ago

YOLO

[–]Swag_Daddy 49 points50 points ago

That was a risky comment.

[–]briangiles 26 points27 points ago

The only time i will ever upvote and laugh at YOLO.

[–]Bonestack 11 points12 points ago

Source please? I want some background info on this and the gif cut off kinda early.

[–]elloelloello 16 points17 points ago

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0QKFl46XDVo

here. It's from uruguay. Vid doesn't add much apart from maybe sound effects.

[–]CasioKnight 11 points12 points ago

I saw this one, right at the end it looks like the camera person might have dropped the camera/started to get help/ran.

I also found out you can google image search with gifs. I did not know that before.

[–]Tovora 13 points14 points ago

That's pretty selfish. Doesn't the cameraman know that film is timeless? Think of the future, geez.

[–]i_believe_in_pizza 42 points43 points ago

Phew, good thing he was wearing his helmet!

[–]wittlepup 7 points8 points ago

Wearing his helmet wrong. it shouldnt be that far back on your head, see how much of his head is exposed in the front?

[–]wkrausmann 21 points22 points ago

Yep. It'll allow him to have an open casket at his funeral.

[–]JimmyFlimFlam 10 points11 points ago

But what happened AFTER?!?!?!

[–]vandrew13 25 points26 points ago

[–]ProAtStuff 7 points8 points ago

Either way, I'm still laughing.

[–]Wolfyyy 17 points18 points ago

[–]BilboBaguette 10 points11 points ago

[–]Squirrels_eat_bacon 73 points74 points ago

This kills the idiot.

[–]RedGoatSurprise 4 points5 points ago

Nope, he didn't even break any bones.

[–]WhatEvery1sThinking 28 points29 points ago

I was worried for a second there that he would make it

[–]atadiemus 11 points12 points ago

The most surprising part to me is that he was hit in the second lane.

[–]kartuli78 30 points31 points ago

Kid did that to me once from a blind alley. I just missed him. I chased him down in my car then and screamed at him until he cried. Was that the wrong thing to do?

[–]takesallkindsiguess 17 points18 points ago

Hopefully you shouted some sense into him. You didn't run him over but if he keeps doing stupid crap some other poor soul will.

Jumping in late, has any one noted that the car has right of way. If I was driving and saw the cyclist I wouldn't immediately assume he was going to hop the divider on a kamakazi mission toward my windshield.

[–]redisforever 2 points3 points ago

Cars always have the right of way in this situation, simply because they weigh something like 2 tons.

[–]Fangs78 10 points11 points ago

How did he not see the car coming? I mean...hes on a hill and the car cant have been more than 50 feet away from the spot that hit him?

From the time he started, There was 7 seconds until he was hit.Let's assume the car was going 40mph. The car was going about 60 feet per second. This means the car was 420 feet away. You ever been on a football field? They're long, right? The car was over 1 1/3 of a football field distance from the cyclist. That's more than enough to think the car was far enough away that he'd make it. He might not have even seen it.

[–]MBSquared 0 points1 point ago

So he tried to beat the car?? He should have waited until the coast was clear.

[–]renegadecanuck 2 points3 points ago

Last sentence: "He might not have even seen it."

[–]ADoseOfFuckitall 1 point2 points ago

less wtf, more HOLY SHIT!

[–]HANEZ 0 points1 point ago

Is this in Miami? There is a park with a wicked hill. You don't have to wait to long to see this kind of wreck.

[–]Sarow 2 points3 points ago

I love how he's been careful enough to wear a helmet but thought that doing this was a great idea.

[–]CockroachClitoris 2 points3 points ago

Car that hit him: OH FUCK! HES GONNA HIT THAT YELLOW CAR!! I HAVE TO SAVE HIM!

[–]qewin 1 point2 points ago

I like OP username.

[–]iamnowhereman 3 points4 points ago

[–]Zazzerpan 2 points3 points ago

Nope, apparently he walked away without any broken bones. Someone posted the video above.

[–]JimH10 4 points5 points ago

The car's driver, you mean? That is, the innocent victim?

[–]SmurfsUp 2 points3 points ago

I've always wanted to do that (drive the car)...

[–]shamananana 1 point2 points ago

Evolution in action.

[–]jstohler 1 point2 points ago

At least he was wearing a helmet.

[–]tick-tick-tick 0 points1 point ago

i mean, it was a lose lose. Look dumb bailing or look dumb getting hit by a car.

[–]reedw97 0 points1 point ago

That was never going to end well

[–]FormerBongripper 0 points1 point ago

WTF did he think was gonna happen

[–]Jamagnum 0 points1 point ago

[–]Christthatsoupishot 0 points1 point ago

That poor woman can't ride a bike. She's doing that all wrong

[–]el___diablo 0 points1 point ago

[–]larogue 0 points1 point ago

[–]Srewopnod 0 points1 point ago

Is that an ambulance loading someone up at the bottom of the first hill?!

[–]unclewolverine 0 points1 point ago

This kills the hippie.

[–]coogie 0 points1 point ago

He's got a helmet on...see, he's smart.

[–]PinkEchoes02 0 points1 point ago

At least the person is wearing a helmet. That makes it safe.

[–]th3shark 1 point2 points ago

car. car. car. car. car. car. car.

Oh hey I was right

[–]Vranak 0 points1 point ago

This kills teh moron.

[–]DeuceSevin 1 point2 points ago

Ironic how they manage to make it down the very steep hill, down a curb, up a curb, and down another curb, only to get hit by a car at the end.

[–]hollys241 0 points1 point ago

At least he's wearing a helmet

[–]fundrazor 0 points1 point ago

That did not end how I was expecting. I was like faceplant? ....faaaaaceplant? where's the fac-POW!

[–]munnster 0 points1 point ago

[–]pibroch 3 points4 points ago

Never Fuck Single Ladies?

[–]Mugabuga 0 points1 point ago

I was like "Oh shit, he's gonna' hit that median!" And then he made it and I was like "Oh, I guess he's okay, but he's gonna' hit the green car now." And all of a sudden that guy comes out of nowhere and smashes into him.

[–]Nutsowiseguy 0 points1 point ago

If this happened in China, it'd be the driver's fault. Yup, makes sense.

[–]indubitablytaco 0 points1 point ago

At least he was wearing a helmet

[–]HOLYSHOPP 1 point2 points ago

That is how my dad attempted to teach me how to ride a bicycle when I was 11 or someshit...minus the car hitting me

[–]clintercell 0 points1 point ago

Another great idea brought to you by "I must not fap"

[–]Skepgnostic 1 point2 points ago

I don't know what all this blaming the driver is about. Parsimony; only one of the participants was following the law.

[–]Sleep45 0 points1 point ago

I wanted to see him hit the yellow car.

[–]ctaps148 1 point2 points ago

I imagine him screaming "YOLO" all the way down. It makes the end even more satisfying.

[–]Tunaluna 0 points1 point ago

I like the part where the Camel Back explodes on the car making it look that much more fun, Water slide like almost.

[–]bonzaijoe 0 points1 point ago

Good Thing He Was Wearing A Helmet!

[–]BakingThePoundcake 0 points1 point ago

That was a justified kill.

[–]bcb77 0 points1 point ago

What a dumb ass. I hope that thrill was Exteme enough.

[–]Gamer_ely 0 points1 point ago

Yikes, not intent to only injure himself but hey, let's go across a road and possibly get somebody in on the mayhem and ruin their life too

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point ago

Relax, he was wearing a helmet.

[–]woodyear99 1 point2 points ago

Someone this dumb shouldn't be allowed to ride a bike

[–]the4thbandit 0 points1 point ago

Rest In Peace

[–]The_Alex_ 1 point2 points ago

Before he hit the car he was on a collision course with that parked yellow car.

This entire operation was doomed to fail from the start.

[–]Inukii 0 points1 point ago

My sympathy levels have decreased after watching this.

[–]goodmansaul 1 point2 points ago

Damnit. I really wanted to see the next three seconds of the gif.

[–]lemonpjb 0 points1 point ago

What selfish behavior.

[–]krilled 0 points1 point ago

Yeah. Rip.

[–]mtarascio 0 points1 point ago

I never got this complete lack of foresight. My friend and I decided it would be a good idea to see how fast we could go on a skateboard down a hill. This hill had a crossroad as part of it, so naturally my friend was there looking out for cars while I started heading down.

I made the crossroad fine but then found myself with a lot of parked cars around and severe case of speed wobbles. I ended up getting chucked off the skateboard and had a few grazes but I didn't get hit by a car.

[–]YGSOUL 0 points1 point ago

dang he almost made it too

[–]wolvmatt 0 points1 point ago

Who mows the grass on that hill?

[–]skidmark_master 1 point2 points ago

The safe word is whiskey.

[–]DrMasterBlaster 0 points1 point ago

Good thing I put on my helmet...

[–]awesomeck 0 points1 point ago

What an idiot! I don't think that idiot died though... doesn't look fatal
