Wednesday Addams is the one dancing on the left, and Lurch is the one on the right. He is the "addams" housekeeper, or at least he's the door answerer and general helperton.

Wednesday is teaching Lurch how to do a dance called "The Drew" which is basically this gif.

Here is a longer video which is worth watching because Lurch's attempts is a lot funnier.

I work outside in Kuwait. It gets about 135 out here. My uhh, boss ordered some freeze pops, and when we're done for the day he hands em out. Same reaction with grown men.

Aired on April 1, 1966. Written by Sidney Lanfield.

They must have ran out of stories because Season 1 Episode 13 "Lurch Learns to Dance" is also about Lurch learning to dance.
