Parking in these spots would not be illegal, at least in the US. US code states handicapped parking spots must be marked with an upright sign in addition to any pavement markings. If you ever get a ticket for parking in a handicapped spot and it's not marked with an upright sign, take it to court and they will throw it out.

This is from the British show 'Balls of Steel' He also does some other hilarious things, too. He collects a bucket full of dog & cat shit, waits for someone to come out of a car wash, then throws it all over the window screen. He lines the pavement with cat & dog shit, too. He sits in a window with a fishing rod, with a false wig on the end & lowers it onto a bald mans head, who is sitting below. Some other funny sketches, too. Can't remember half of them, though.

Pretty much ever supermarket car park! A ton of disabled spaces, even more 'mother and child' parking, with everyone else fighting for the two normal spots! I've never seen more than half of the disabled spots in a car park filled anyway!

California charges an extra $80 "commercial vehicle" fee for all pickup trucks. There used to be exemption if you had a truck bed canopy, but no more. This $80 fee doesn't apply to full sized SUVs. Rednecks accept abuse, soccer moms not so much.

Laws are usually written with exceptions; it's a political pressure valve for dangerously savvy citizens who would otherwise cause problems. Truck canopy exemption was the old exception; you only received it if you knew to ask for it. It became too well known, the state was losing too many fees, so they eliminated it.

I looked into the new law to find the new exception. It's now the "handicapped exemption". If you know how, you can get handicapped plates. With handicapped plates, if you know to ask, there's no extra $80 pickup fee. I like using my brain, so I did it.

I seldom park in handicapped spaces. I will if regular spaces are full and multiple handicapped are empty.

Why doesn't someone get the stencil and go paint the handicapped symbol on CEOs parking spaces? It would be particularly fun to do to people that have reserved spaces. Maybe even call the cops after they have been parked in it for a while. I wonder, would they get a ticket?
