EDIT: thought I should explain a bit in case people don't know the difference. A stroke is caused by either a blockage of blood or hemorrhage in the brain causing the targeted area of the brain function to not function properly. A seizure (in this case phitosensitive epilepsy) can be induced by flickering lights causing symptoms such as involuntary body movement and loss of consciousness.
