When you work in IT, no one monitors your traffic but you: The IT guy.

And the beauty of it is that everyone in IT acts like that as well, so your boss knows you're going to go on reddit every once in a while, so its cool. The only time you worry about where you browse is whats on your screen: You can play off reddit on your screen, you can't play off goatse, cause your boss is going to be like "WTF are you looking at?"

Thus, like nonbeing said, if 4chan had nsfw filtering, he could go there just as well as he goes on reddit.
