Special Containment Features: SCP-2574 must be contained in the home it was found, located at [DATA EXPUNGED] North Carolina. Attempts by Foundation personnel to move the item resulted in [REDACTED], and the deaths of --- Agents. SCP-2574 requires around the clock surveillance, and no fewer than two (2) Armed Agents guarding the single entrance at all times. Agents must rotate every three (3) hours in shifts, and must be transferred to another assignment after no less than two (2) months pending outcome of psychiatric evaluation.

Description: SCP-2574 was located after the local authorities found the occupants of the home stuffed in [REDACTED]. Foundation personnel purchased the home and surrounding land, and Class A amnesiac was administered.

SCP-2574 is a mirror, of a style common in the early early 1900s, but with no discernible markings of any kind that could be linked to a known manufacturer. When a person looks into the mirror, they are shown to be a blue teddy bear touting modern day weaponry and wearing ornate jewelry. The image depicted in the mirror seems to imitate the deepest longings of the test subject, and their taste in music. Use only D-Class personnel to test this per orders from Site 16 Director Fury.

If a subject looks too long into the mirror, varying in time from slightly over on minute to fifteen minutes, the bear steps out of the mirror, grabbing the subject and [DATA EXPUNGED]. Once the subject is terminated, the bear goes back into the mirror and disappears. The bear cannot be seem in the mirror by observing personnel until the point where it steps out into our plane. Attempts to save the subject have resulted in [REDACTED], and the deaths of --- Foundation Agents.

Addendum: Incident 345-6 has resulted in a petition to change the classification from Euclid to Keter. Since the anomaly did not return to the mirror, and began "singing" rap music, it has been deemed hazardous to anyone within earshot, and could destroy all vestiges of good music within months if left unchecked. The entire site has since been closed off and wiped clean by [DATA EXPUNGED].
